Jules has a unique and varied background. Originally from England, she worked in healthcare, but later transitioned into a career in the sailing industry, working as a skipper, instructor, and chef in the Caribbean and Mediterranean for five years. After moving to Sydney in 2008 and starting a family, Jules felt the pull to start a business that would allow her to balance her passion for creating beautiful and delicious baked goods with the demands of family life.

Sweet Treats by Jules was born in 2015 in Sydney, transitioning to Brisbane in 2018. Attention to detail, communicating with customers in a way that puts them at ease and an ability to turn her clients’ visions into reality is what makes this venture so successful.

All orders are baked from scratch with love, and Jules is always searching for new and innovative ways to create stunning designs.
